Total Care Contracting LLC started in July 2006 primarily doing residential and commercial renovations, restorations and repairs in and around King and Snohomish counties. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, our customer service and our employee relations. We have over 30 years of expertise.

Total Care Contracting LLC created a company that serves the community a little differently than others. We manage all our clients' projects so they don't have to worry. We work with each client individually focusing on the customer's needs. We then create a personalized Phase Based approach for their project. We work closely with our customers all along the way. Total Care Contracting LLC owners promote professionalism in the industry and are involved in educating the consumer to make the right decisions concerning hiring a contractor and then once hired how to work with that contractor effectively.

Sumner Dennon, President and Darylene Dennon, Secretary/Treasurer are co-owners of Solid Energy, Inc., a very successful painting company located in Woodinville. They started this business in the spring of 1988. Sumner is involved in customer sales, manages projects, coordinates scheduling and customer communication. He is the current treasurer for the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA), Seattle Chapter. Darylene handles all phases of sales, customer relations, financials, training, systems development, marketing and administrative management needs for the company. She is currently the Past President of the PDCA, and was the first female President of Construction Industry Training Council (CITC), a state certified open shop Apprenticeship Institute located in Bellevue and the 2007 2nd Vice-President for the Building industry.

Both Sumner's and Darylene's families have been connected to the construction industry. His grandfather and father were both furniture makers. Her great grandfather was a master carpenter in Germany and her grandfather and father are both builders/remodelers. Both of her brothers are also in the trades.

Jamie Bear has over twenty-five years of experience in all phases of the construction industry. He ran a very successful property management and tenant improvement business. He has managed many major projects for both commercial and multi-family new construction companies. Jamie manages all projects through communication, meeting timelines, staying within budget constraints and taking pride in his ability to make our customers dreams come true.

Marc Butler has a Master Mariners Degree, Sydney, Australia. He has over fifteen years in experience operating, maintaining and restoring marine vessels, oil rig tenders and ships. For over 15 years Marc was owner/operator of a successful Remodeling & Restoration business located in Woodinville. This included all aspects of insurance related work; repairs and restoration of damaged structures, both commercial and residential. He handles all aspects concerning Sales, Estimating, Design coordination and customer service.
